Video is slow, choppy, and/or buffering
First, please make sure that your video connection is stable.

There are several reasons why a video buffers, most of which have to do with the speed of your connection or the browser you're using. Videos stream at variety of bitrates (levels of quality), and the video player automatically adjusts your stream up or down based on various factors including network capacity so that you are served up the most 'optimal' video quality based on your computer's specific capabilities.

If video is stalling or slow only during full-screen mode, try lowering your desktop resolution.

Check to see if you encounter the same playback issues in another browser.
Can I stream content in HD?
Yes. Sesame Go content is presented in both Standard Definition (SD) as well as High Definition (HD).
