If you sign up during the 28-31 of any given month, you will be billed on the 28th of each month since all months do not contain 28-31 days. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to your sign up date.

Please Note: If you decide to cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have access to Sesame Go content until the end of the billing cycle. Please note that canceling a subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments. Previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on cancellation date.

Annual Subscription: You'll be billed on the date that you originally signed up. At the end of your annual subscription we will not automatically bill your payment method. If you want to continue subscribing to the annual service, you must renew manually through the Sesame Go website.

Please Note: Annual subscriptions are not refundable. If you decide you no longer want the service, you will still have access to the content for one year from the start of your subscription. Your account will not automatically renew at the end of that subscription.

Video is slow, choppy, and/or buffering
First, please make sure that your video connection is stable.

There are several reasons why a video buffers, most of which have to do with the speed of your connection or the browser you're using. Videos stream at variety of bitrates (levels of quality), and the video player automatically adjusts your stream up or down based on various factors including network capacity so that you are served up the most 'optimal' video quality based on your computer's specific capabilities.

If video is stalling or slow only during full-screen mode, try lowering your desktop resolution.

Check to see if you encounter the same playback issues in another browser.
Can I stream content in HD?
Yes. Sesame Go content is presented in both Standard Definition (SD) as well as High Definition (HD).
